1. How should I store an electric vehicle during winter?
During winter, we recommend storing your vehicle in a dry, warm place, protected from outdoor conditions. Turn off the main fuse, and recharge the battery every few weeks to maintain its capacity. We also recommend inspecting the vehicle before using it again in the spring.
2. What should I do if my vehicle breaks down during the warranty period?
If your vehicle breaks down within the warranty period, please contact our service center so we can assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
3. Is there a warranty for the vehicles you sell?
Yes, most of our vehicles come with a warranty. Warranty terms may vary depending on the model and manufacturer, so please contact us for specific information on your chosen model.

The engine code reveals a lot of information, such as cylinder diameter, cooling, displacement and more. You can read about ir in our blog.
8. Delivery time for ordered goods
If the order was paid for by 11:30 am on a business day the items will be sent to the customer in 1-2 business days via courier from the time of payment confirmation (int Lithuania) and 4-7 business days in EU teritory. Large orders (if you are buying a quad bike, scooter, bicycle, motorcycle or a lot of items at the same time) may be shipped a day later because packing them takes longer. Orders placed and paid for after 11:30 am are shipped the next business day i.e. if you placed the order after 11:30 am- we will prepare the order and pass the item to a courier the next business day (you will receive your item a day later). Example: if you placed your order on Friday
12:00 noon, we will prepare the order and pass it to courier service on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday. Orders placed and paid for on the weekend (or holidays) are prepared and passed to a courier only on Monday (the customer will only receive the goods on Tuesday (if there are no courier service delays).
We cannot deliver your order on the same day it was placed. If you want to receive your goods on the same day - we kindly invite you to visit our store at the following address: “HERADAS” Ltd. J. Shipping times are not applicable when an item is out of stock and the customer is notified about the shortage of the ordered goods. In addition, the customer agrees that item delivery may be late due to unforeseen circumstances that do not depend on the seller. In that case the seller is obliged to immediately contact and inform the customer about the delivery matters.
9. Post code
When creating a delivery address you must provide the correct post code-
it will be easier for the courier to find you.

10. How do I change the delivery address?
Any customer can create multiple delivery addresses. Every time you shop
you can choose another delivery address from your address list. You can do that
very easily:

your account go to „Edit account information“; In the
„Edit addresses“ list create an additional address or go to one of your already
created addresses; Tick „default
address“; Click
„Next“.

11. What if I want to buy more items than I can put in my shopping cart?
You
just need to contact our managers via email: parduotuve@heradas.lt or via phone
(numbers given in the "Contacts" section) or by clicking "Ask
about item" link displayed next to every item - fill out the inquiry form
and our managers will contact you within 1 business day.
12. What if there's not enough items available?
If you want to add
more items to your shopping cart than we store in our warehouse this message
will appear - "There's not enough stock in the warehouse, please select fewer items".
You won't be able to
add the items to your shopping cart until you reduce the item number to the
amount we have in stock.
13. What do I do if a purchase didn't suit me?
Inform
us at parduotuve@heradas.lt, we will
arrange a return and provide you with a refund to a given bank account.
14. What should I do if the information in the item description differs from the one I have but the item is similar?
A lot of Chinese manufacturers use unified parts
therefore the part may fit you. Compare the dimensions and send us an email at parduotuve@heradas.lt
we will check the information and provide you with an answer.
15. What should I do if I can't find a cover or drive gear part that I need?
Send us an email at parduotuve@heradas.lt. Attach a
picture of the model and a picture of the needed part with its dimensions.
16. What should I do if I can't find the engine part that I need?

us with the engine type which you can find at the bottom left of the engine,
manufacturer (if known) and if possible attach a photo with its dimensions.
17. What should I do if I'm not sure if the part will fit my model?
