Fits 36W 800W RACER type quad bikes with a key switch

YK31C controller is designed for   use in direct current  single phase (2 wire) quad bike motors  or similar systems. Has low voltage protection. When voltage drops below 31,5V  the controller disconnects the motor so that it would not break and the battery lifetime would be preserved. Can be used for lower power  systems than shown on the controller. Same type controller can always be  equipped with or without additional functions.  

Wire connection:

1.Red and black (larger diameter with connector block) - to the battery.

2.Blue + and  yellow - (larger diameter) to the engine

3.Red blue - with fuse to the key switch (they need to be connected for the controller to work)

4. Red black -to dashboard indicator

5. Red black to charging port (connected only when lead-acid batteries are used. If the system uses lithium-ion batteries these wires don't need to be connected)

6. Red black   brake lamp

7.Yellow black  brake levers

8.Yellow black  brake levers

9. ,Black, red +5v,blue, yellow 0,8-4,2V)  throttle

10.Blue yellow-speedometer

11.Four long wires black +black+ brown /grey or+green/red-speed changeover with a separate switch
