Controller for electric quad bike 48V 1000W analog EB965

Controller designed for use in    direct current  single phase (2 wire) quad bike or similar system motors. Has low voltage protection. When voltage drops below 42V  the controller disconnects the motor so that it would not break and the battery lifetime would be preserved. Can be used for lower power  systems than shown on the controller.

Wire connection:

1. Blue +  yellow -  to the motor. 

2. Red and black (larger diameter with connector block) - to battery.

3. Orange blue-to the key switch (they must be connected for the controller to work)

4.  Black blue - indicator light

5. Pink black to the charging port (connected only when lead-acid batteries are used. If the system uses lithium-ion batteries these wires don't need to be connected)

6. Black purple    break

7.  Black purple   break

8. Yellow black blue  speed

9. Grey, black, red  throttle

10. Green yellow -speed switch.
