Controller for electric quad bike 36V 500W 2 speed

Fits 36W 800W RACER type quad bikes with a key switch.

Controller is designed for use in direct current  single phase (2 wire) quad bike motors  or similar systems. Has low voltage protection. When voltage drops below 31,5V  the controller disconnects the motor so that it would not break and the battery lifetime would be preserved. Can be used for lower power  systems than shown on the controller. Same type controller can always be  equipped with or without additional functions.  

6. Raudonas juodas - į krovimo lizdą (jungiama tik tuo atveju jei naudojami švino akumuliatoriai, jei sistemoje naudojami ličio jonų akumuliatoriai šių laidų jungti nereikia).

7. Raudonas juodas - stabdžių lempa.

8. Geltonas juodas - stabdžių rankenėlės.

9. Pilkas juodas rudas - greičių perjungimas.

Wire connection:

1. Red and black (larger diameter with connector block) - to the battery.

2. Blue + and  yellow - (larger diameter) to the engine.

3. Blue + red  and black -  to the accelarator connection.

4. Blue red - ignition.

5. Red black - to dashboard indicator.

6. Red black to charging port (connected only when lead-acid batteries are used. If the system uses lithium-ion batteries these wires don't need to be connected).

7. Red black   brake lamp.

8. Yellow black - brake levers.

9. Black, grey, brown - speed switching.
